Made
for the
future
Prosperity and the environment: our promise to future generations.
Cobre Panama: a bright future for all.
At Cobre Panamà, we believe in dialogue and transparency. We want to show how our mine can benefit communities and the environment. With sustainable and social projects, we build trust and foster development for all.
Ismael Sánchez left cattle ranching to lead the reforestation of 10 hectares of land. Today, his land flourishes as a biodiversity sanctuary.
Since Cobre Panamà’s arrival in the region where he works, Julio Maltez has seen his company grow little by little, meeting the growing demand.
Like Domitila, many Panamanians benefit from secure work at Cobre Panamà.
As part of our environmental efforts, Samuel Valdez monitors the rivers near the mine, protecting them and the species that inhabit them.
Originally from a small community, Rubén Pineda received a scholarship from Cobre Panamà to study engineering in the United States. Discover his story.
Coming from humble beginnings, Paula García received training and resources to grow coffee on her own land. Today, she provides for her family while growing her business.

Fish biodiversity is maintained and responds to climate and habitat, not distance from the mine.
